Brief Answer:
Suspected kidney condition and please do blood kidney test

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The ultrasound scan report shows normal sized kidneys with the kidneys appearing brighter than usual. This can be due to mild kidney disease due to conditions like hypertension and diabetes.

In many patients the kidneys can be normal and this finding can be misleading.

it is important to consult with your doctor and do kidney function tests.

The cyst is tiny and requires no treatment.

Hope your query is answered.
