Question : Hi,
Following up on previous ultrasounds. I had a 26 week ultrasound. It was supposed to be internal, but ended up not. The report was vague with no mention of 2nd lobe or previous conditions.
the report did say venous lakes. Is this bleeding? The midwife mentioned it may affect baby development. How so and what are the risks/complications.
Sorry it was 29 weeks based on uploaded report. My most recent US was Feb Feb 28. Again no report given this time. Previous report attached.

Brief Answer:
Succenturiate lobe
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic
I have seen the attached reports and glad to inform that nothing serious is there in reports except succenturiate lobe which can be easily managed and at the XXXXXXX you will need cesarean section for delivery
In general avoid heavy work and intercourse as much as possible
Get regular antenatal examination and ultrasound at desired gestation.
It usually has no serious effect on the baby and just can lead to decreased growth of the baby
All the best

and the latest report with venous lakes?
Brief Answer:
Regular check up
Detailed Answer:
Yes dear im talking about the latest report as well
In my opinion she needs good antenatal monitoring and ultrasound at regular intervals.
Also ask your gynaecologist for betnesol injections for lung maturity of the baby so that lungs are fine in case need arises for early delivery
