What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Hi,

Today, is 6th day still my menstrual cycle is continuing. This is the first time, I am having periods on 6th day. I have attached latest ultrasound reports, please check and suggest.

I have Gastric & Acidity problem and currently on Nexpro-40mg & Acotrust

There is nothing much to worry but you have adenomyosis and PCOD which is causing this period problem most likely.
Nothing active needs to be done for this situation but this increased and erratic bleeding can occur in future as well.
In case you are overweight then losing weight can help to resolve PCOD to certain extent.

I consulted gynec on 31 March to show the report during that time I didn't had periods, she asked me to take Ovral L from 5th day onwards. Will that help me, can you please suggest on that.
