What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Hi, This query is related to my father who is 76 years old. He is having a enlarged prostate and he having an uncontrollable urinary issue. He complains that he doesn't have control and some time he piss into his underwear and he cant control it. Please suggest what should he should take to control this issue.

I have attached his recent ultrasound report for your review. Please advise.

Give him Tomsulosin and Darifenacin once daily .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query and posting USG report of your father who has urgency incontinence for urine .

He has enlarged prostate with no post void residual urine .

Get following two test done
1) Urine culture done to rule out infection .
2) Uroflowmetry .

Taking Tomsulosin and Darifenacin once daily will help to resolve his symptoms .
