Brief Answer:
CRF

Detailed Answer:
High XXXXXXX

The report suggests that the kidneys are not working well and are damaged. They may be working 10 to 15 percent only. This may be a chronic illness- means that the kidneys may not recover function- because the kidneys are small in size.

BUT you can not say there is no hope.

No one dies of kidney failure. Kidney function can be replaced by medicines and dialysis and the patient remains normal for years and is able to his job and daily activities. patient can go for kidney transplant which is now a very simple procedure- and can lead a NORMAL life with full potential and physical exertion.

You need to understand that there are stages of kidney disease. Upto certain level the patient can be managed on medicines, then with dialysis or transplant. I have many patients on these both therapy doing well for more than 10 years. Please discuss with your nephrologist.

We also need to find out the cause of kidney failure if possible.

Pease write in with more details of history and present investigations, so that i can give more specific information.

Best wishes.
