Brief Answer:
Ultrasound suggestive of PCOD.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I can help you to interpret this ultrasound scan.
This scan is suggestive of PCOD - polycystic ovarian disease.
IN this condition, the ovaries get filled with small egg follicles which resemble small cysts.
It is not a serious disease, but it is a hormonal disturbance.
Patients often suffer from the following features in addition to the ultrasound features -
Irregular cycles
Scanty and delayed periods
Acne
Hirsutism
Absent or erratic ovulation
Difficulty in conceiving
Treatment generally consists of
- WEight loss if overweight.
- Medications to stimulate the ovaries if conception is an issue
- Metformin as a drug to control symptoms.
All the best
