Brief Answer:
Post cholecystectomy syndrome with urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Welcome to HCM
I appreciate your concern for the pain abdomen and bloating sensation.

I have gone through the problems described in your case followed by the reports of ultrasound and urine analysis.

Your present problem is due to removal of gall bladder which is referred to as post cholecystectomy syndrome.
The bloating sensation and the stomach fullness are due to increased bile flow into the upper gastrointestinal.

The findings of urine analysis are suggestive of urinary tract infection
You are advised to visit your surgeon for proper evaluation may be you need to have liver function tests, CBC, etc.
May be you need to take PPIs for bloating sensation and antispasmodic agents.

A course of antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin is required to treat the urinary tract infection.
Angiomyolipoma do not normally require surgery unless there is life-threatening bleeding.
Since the size of angiomyolipoma is 5 cm it may treatment like embolization to prevent the bleeding.

I hope your doubts have been clarified.
Should you need more information, please feel free to send your queries.

Take care of your health.
