Brief Answer:
Small ovarian cyst. Might reduce on its own.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Bulky ovary is an uncommonly used terminology. Its usually large ovary. The ovary is only mildly enlarged. Normal ovary ms 3x2x1 cm. This size for your age is near normal.

2. Bulky uterus is usually the terminology used. As there is no comment about uterus, not to worry.

3. Its a mildly enlarged ovary, containing some amount of fluid. Only followup ultrasound every 3-4 months is necessary to evaluate for increasing size. No medications are necessary at present.

4. Wait and watch. It might be a serous cyst or any simple cyst.

No medicines necessary. Only followup. It might reduce on its own. Management might be necessary if menstrual cycles are irregular due to ovarian cause or if pelvic pain is present.

At present, not to worry.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
