Brief Answer:
AS BELOW

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
May I request you to upload the exact printed ultrasound and CT scan report and images ?
That will help me to provide you with a better opinion and guidance.
From what you have typed, it appears that you have endometrial hyperplasia.
This is thickening of the endometrium ( lining of the uterus ).
Can you tell me your clinical symptoms also ?
GOing by the findings, you might be having irregular / heavy bleeding.
As such, a biopsy of the endometrial lining is recommended, however I would reserve specific comments after I receive the scanned reports.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.
