What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question : Hello.
My wife is 12 weeks pregnant. She had two bilateral cyst in both ovaries ans possible endometriosis. However, thanks to god the almighty she conveived. The last ultra sound scan revealed that one of the cyts has even shrunk by half.
Now the question is. It has happened twice that while having sex, i the husband experience a thick liquid inside the vagina which makes somehow my penis to become numb and also my wife says the sexual sensation decreases ans almost becoming nil.
Please advise on what to do, if this ok or we should see a doctor.
I find it strange somehow.
Nb: just to mention that first 10 weeks of pregancy, i was away and i just returned to my wife recently at 11'week.

During pregnancy due to increased hormone levels there is increased vaginal secretion and this is normal. You are experiencing this as thick liquid. This acts as a good lubricant. This does not have any adverse effect on your sexual performance. There is no need to see a doctor for this.
Yet if you still do not like it your wife can gently clean the vagina with soft tissue paper just before intercourse (make sure no tissue is left behind in the vagina while cleaning)
Hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy fatigue may be affecting your wife's sexual experience.
Try with longer duration of foreplay and different positions (as long as it is comfortable to her). Your wife will feel much better with the beginning of fourth month of pregnancy.
