Brief Answer:
Need more details please.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Well, small myometrial calcification and small cyst is nothing to worry about.
That does not explain the pain and cramping.
Can you upload the scan report please, and the images ?
Also, what treatment has been tried so far ?
Is the pain present all through the cycle ?
Are your periods regular ?
Looking forward to hearing from you so that I can guide you better.
Take care.

The pain is present almost every day. sometimes i feel like my internal organs are pulling each other apart. when I'm on my period i feel sick, the pain I cant explain but feels like Im in labour. Is the only pain I can relate to. Im bloated sometimes and is painful when I pass urine. my lower back hurts and my legs some days are even difficult to walk. At the moment is painful when I have sex and is affecting my personal life as well.
History: 2-3/12 pelvic pain during periods+++. Also several months of loose stools in mornings-4-5/day. At beginning black? but now normal. Recent scan shows myometrial calcification only, small cyst
Examination: abdo NAD, BS+ p=66/min
Diagnosis: dysmenorrhoea?endometriosis. ?cause loose stools in mornings
Plan: for bloods and review ?sigmoidoscopy and gynae referral?
How long I wait for a reply?

Brief Answer:
Strongly suggestive of endometriosis.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the updates.
Please try and upload the scan and images too.
I think your history is strongly suggestive of endometriosis.
You should have an MRI to diagnose this.
At times, even if MRI does not pick it up, you should have a laparoscopy to pick it up.
Treatment generally consists of cyclical hormones given for 3 - 6 months.
If that does not help, then surgery is mandated.
Since how long have you had all these symptoms ?
Is there a history of endometriosis in your family / maternal relatives ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Dr XXXXXXX it's possible to have endometriosis with very little bleed?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Aarti Abraham (7 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Yes, it is possible.

Detailed Answer:
It is very much possible to have endometriosis with little scanty bleeding / spotting.
Pain / dysmenorrhoea / pain during sex / loose stools etc are the main symptoms of endometriosis.
Will not hurt to have an MRI done initially.
Keep me posted.
