Question: Uterus is bulky in size. Anteverted with irregular margins. Heterogeneous myometrial echotexture with multiple round to avoid hypoechoice SOLs- largest seen in left posterolateral wall measuring approx ×30×22 mm. One such SOL (37×26mm) is seen in left cornual region. Endometrial echo is normal in thickness (10.4mm) and midline. Uterine cavity is empty. Uterus measures: 86.7 mm×47.9mm×70.5mm. Cervical region is normal. Fluid in POD. Functional ovarian cysts.

Your ultrasound scan is suggestive of multiple intramural fibroids. These are benign lumps in the uterus and the management depends on the symptoms. If there is a pain in lower abdomen and a heavy bleeding is seen during periods then these may need to be removed. Otherwise these can be left as it is and just go for a follow up scan every 6 months to see any growth in size of fibroids.
The mild fluid in the POD can be due to a mild pelvic infection or inflammation that can be taken care of with proper antibiotics.
