Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry . This will disappear soon

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I saw the ultrasound scan report.

This seems to be a haemorrhaging cyst from previous cycle ovulation. Such cysts generally disappear after next menstrual cycle ( periods).

Endometrial thickness is also normal. There is nothing to worry.

I don't see any reason to worry. Wait for 6 weeks and repeat ultrasound scan to identify if cyst has disappeared. Get Doppler ultrasound scan if it does not disappear.

This is unlikely to be cancer or anything to worry about.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards
