Brief Answer:
Can be due to a side effects of i-pill.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As your ultrasound scan report shows signs of complete abortion and there was no sign of retained products of conception this bleeding can be due to side effects of i- pill.
It may occur due to hormonal imbalance caused by i- pill.
You can take trapic- tablet after consulting with your doctor to control bleeding.
You can repeat your ultrasound to rule out the cause.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.

I would like to know what does the heterogenous endometrium mean in usg.? Also do u think ipill can cause heavy bleeding for 10 days? Is it cause of the highly vascular uterus?

Brief Answer:
Answered below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the very long delay in my response.
Thickened heterogenous endometrium can be due to pregnancy, polyp, adenomyosis and hormonal imbalance.
Usually i-pill may not cause bleeding for 10 days but in your case it is due to hormonal imbalance caused by i-pill.
If bleeding is heavy, you should consult a Gynecologist and get yourself examined and repeat ultrasound scan and D&C is advised.
D&C ( surgical method of uterine cleaning) is helpful in your case in controlling bleeding and diagnosis also.
Hope found useful.
Sorry for the delay once again.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
You can take but D&C is a better option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes,in my opinion also it can be due to incomplete abortion.
You can take mesoprostol tablet but in my opinion D&C is a better option because you are already bleeding.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
