Brief Answer:
Get examined and investigated as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the report and prescription paper. One can have severe pain in case of cyst can be due to torsion of the cyst, infection or bleeding.
I will suggest her to consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible for proper examination and ultrasound and get appropriate treatment timely.
Surgery may also be needed depending upon diagnosis and ultrasound findings.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
