What Does This Urinalysis During Pregnancy Indicate?
Question: Sp gravity QNS , sediments- present, Albumin- 80mg/dl, Pus cells- 80-100/HPF, WBC- 15-20/HPF is it normal report and please tell me if not thn it will effect on to get conceiveing me. Pls reply.

Hello mam, your report is not normal.
The presence of albuminuria, pus cells and WBCs (if more than 5) is suggestive of urine infection. In my opinion you should get a urine culture with antibiotic sensitivity testing and visit your gynecologist to decide the right antibiotics according to urine culture results.
As far as effect on conception is concerned it won't affect chances of conceiving. If the urine infection recurs you need to get an ultrasound done as the chances of infection increases many fold once you are already pregnant due to the pressure effect of gravid uterus.

Is this any big issue or only infection Coz I m getting pain in my stomach.
Last friday whn I went for urine, blood was come out through toilate.
Toilate was full red.. blood comming with it. Whn I went to meet my gyne she told me abt this test.
N now I m vry worring is it any serious problem?

It is most probably an infection only but presence of blood is a matter of concern because it may be associated with bladder stones. So get an ultrasound done along with urine culture test. If everything comes normal but similar episode recurrs I'm afraid you might need to visit a urosurgeon for thorough examination. Indulging in sex might cause you discomfort due to local inflammation but won't aggravate infection.
Try to keep your private parts clean and dry and drink lots of water.

Today I went to my gyne for above report check up . She writen some meficine.urispas for 3 time a day and c- furo 250 2 time in a day,, utrogestan 100 mg 2 time in a day and macfolate
today I hav taken it all noon arround 3 o clock utrogestan has taken only for today 2 tabltes in morning n I ll take 2 at night coz it date was taken yesterday.so doc told me 2 tab take only today two times.
After taking today's medicine in noon sundenly I feel vry sleepy. Unable to open the eye and feeling weakness. I was in office n I feel chakker like.
Please tell it is any problem in medicine or any side effects of medicine.pls advice.

I am planing for my first pregnancy and I m getting pregnant as soon as posdible. Please advice about my ovalution time, my last period was on 18th march.

Ovulation time is the best time to achieve a successful conception. The timing of ovulation is 14 days prior to your expected date of periods.
For example in your case if you have a 30 day cycle then your expected date of menses is on 17th April (march has 31 days) so your ovulation day will be on 3rd april so having intercourse today and a day after will be the best for achieving pregnancy.
Per cycle chances of conception are around 20 percent so don't be anxious and keep trying on right days.

Intercourse when done around ovulation day results in pregnancy so best time to do a pregnancy test is 14 days after ovulation which falls on the day of expected period.
