Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Important in this test result is presence of many bacteria and WBC 11-20 (what is high). This clearly indicates bacterial infection of urinary tract. You need an antibiotic prescription (for example Ciprofloxacine 500 mg twice a day for 5 days) from you doctor.
You should also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.

You can not detect chlamydia with regular urine analysis. To do that you need special tests like antibodies detection or chlamydia DNA detection.
