Brief Answer:
No fear for cancer, common UTI/genital infection...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your lab reports, I have noticed that everything is ok except for high rdc on urine analysis.

As bacteria are reported as few, then, most probably, it might be due to an UTI. I usually, advise my patients to run urine culture and sensitivity testing (antibiogram) to definitely determine it. Having UTI is not the end of the world to be freaked out. It can be perfectly cured with right course of antibiotics as reported by antibiogram.

Next, if it was from urinary stones, then, something should have appeared on urine analysis, which has not happened. Abdominal ultrasound is advised for further evaluation.

Apart urinary tract infection, my thoughts go for possible genital infection too. As the external openings for urethra and vagina are next to each other, it is common that some elements of vaginal epithelial cells or/and rdc can be also present in the urine especially when itching or pain from genital area is present.

Vaginal swab testing is also advised to rule out genital infection.

Once again, they are perfectly curable, and not something to be freaked out.

With regards to cancer, I do not think this is your case as long as overall, your blood work is all fine, within normal range.

I advise to discuss my options with your doctor and to:
- increase water intake
- keep good hygiene of your genitalia

until the tests reports are in!
Wish fast recovery!
