Brief Answer:
Reports suggestive of urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your question and attached reports. They are suggestive of urinary tract infection leading to abnormalities in both the reports. Also, sometimes systemic bacterial infections can cause such variations in blood counts. So, I would recommend you to send your child's blood and urine for culture and sensitivity report before starting antibiotics to know the definitive cause. Thereafter start him on Cefixime (zofix) at 10-15 mg/kg/day in 2 divided doses (maximum 200 mg twice daily). Ensure plenty of water intake along with healthy balanced diet.

You may upload the culture reports and progress of illness for my reference. This will help in deciding the duration of antibiotics.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Fever can be due to typhoid as well

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The blood report with low WBC count and fever can occur in bacterial infection (typhoid) as well. Urine infections are usually associated with high WBC counts. Cefixime works in both but the duration varies. So, a blood culture will be useful as I suggested earlier to rule out bacterial cause.
