Brief Answer:
6-10 WBC in urine suggest abactericidal infection (Inflammation)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Your analysis has revealed 6-10 WBC with 1+ esterase .Presence of WBC is to be considered as natural response of defense mechanism of body to combat infection either bacterial or viral which could have been eliminated .

Hence presence of WBC and esterase should not be considered as presence of active infection .

The pain in lower back that you have could be due to urinary stone and needs to be ruled out by an Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
