Brief Answer:
Gall bladder and kidney problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Your Urine analysis report shows that excessive bilirubin is present in your blood. Presence of RBC in urine confirms that there is infection or any other pathology in urinary tract. Since you are having chronic pain in right side of abdomen, it can be due to Gall Bladder stones or kidney stones.

Diagnosis can be made by going for some more investigations like Liver Function Test and Ultrasound Abdomen. It is time that you should consult a local MD for clinical examination and necessary treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
