Brief Answer:
Urine tests - Urologist's opinion for further course of action for stones

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your findings of normal urea and creatinine, 8 mm and 5 mm stones in the kidney without causing any obstruction/hydronephrosis.
Your urine has got more bubbles and finding some layer after passing urine in closet.

Since the ultrasonography is showing normal size and location, urea and creatinine is normal, the worry is less.

The finding of something in the closet is no proof of any problem.
Hence you have to undergo the tests of urine - routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity and get treated if there is any infection in the report.

Secondly, please consult an Urologist to decide the possible treatment for the stones. There are different modalities now available and Urologist will decide and give you option after studying all the reports. Please follow his advise.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
