                                            bad specimen
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
at this point I can only comment on her urinalysis, since this is the only test you've uploaded. High number of epithelial cells in a young woman usually means bad specimen. The urine sample should be a midstream one that is she has to pass some urine in the toilet, collect the middle stream of urine and then let the rest of her urine into the toilet. She has to make sure that the stream does not come into contact with her vulva (to avoid 'contamination' with epithelial cells and bacteria) and take the specimen to the lab very soon (definitely sooner than 1 hour after collecting it).
Regarding her weight... she is very thin indeed but some women are like this without having any medical problems. She has to check her thyroid (to exclude hyperthyroidism), body temperature (to detect infections) and make sure she's eating properly.
If you'd like to upload more reports it would make it easier for me to understand her condition, particularly regarding her liver enzymes. Any clinical detail would be useful as well.
Kind Regards!
