Brief Answer:
Trace of Lysed blood in urine suggests RBC in urine
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Trace of Lysed blood in urine indicates presence of Red Blood Cells in urine those have been broken and opened .
This usually happens when the Urine is stored for a long time before being voided or if the urine is alkaline in nature .It could be due to presence of urinary infection which you are going through long time ..
Since rest of urine analysis is normal there is nothing to be worried about it .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
There is no positive evidence of active infection in urine
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
Your Urine analysis that you have posted does not show any pus cells which otherwise is a sign of active infection .
One can find few RBC in urine even in a individual without having infection .
The Trace of Lysed blood is mostly due to urine being stored for a long time before being voided .
If you are too much curious about it get your urine analysis of midstream sample of urine and ask the lab technician to examine it immediately after giving the urine sample ..
You can consult your Urologist for evaluation .
You are taking Niftas since one month and your urine analysis is negative for parameters like esterase ,pus ells and epithelial cells suggest that there is no active infection .You can repeat your Urine culture done to get the facts confirmed .
Thanks and Regards.
