Brief Answer:
Probably your friend is not suffering from UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your reports in detail.
Most probably your friend is not suffering from urinary tract infection means his report is normal.
However he need clinical correlation and culture/sensitivity of urine.
Up to 5 pus cells are normal in urine.
Occasional bacteria and RBC may be due to contamination.
If he had numerous bacteria then it might indicate UTI but an occasional bacteria just indicates normal contamination.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
