Question : i have widal report o type 1:160,H type 1:160,AH 1:40,BH 1:40. is it harmful? plz tell me sir

The Widal report is suggestive of Typhoid Fever. You need to be started on an antibiotic course.

The antibiotics are fine but it has to be given for 7-10 days.
