I have read your query and understand your concern.
Although report states that widal is positive but very frankly speaking this test is a poor test for diagnosis of typhoid.
I would advise you to get the blood culture done for the proper diagnosis of typhoid.
There is a practical way of doing it.
Send the blood sample for culture and start anti typhoid medicines.
Once the culture report comes in 3 days,further course of action can be decided.
