                                            for the last week i am feeling the same symptoms such as body pains, throat pain, feeling sleepy, feverish.till now no high fever was recorded, 100 is the temperature.
my widal test report came postive with STH-1:320, STO-1:320. my blood reports are normal.
should i consider this is typhoid relapse. please suggest me in detail.

First of all I'll provide information about Widal
if “O” antigen titer is >1:160 = active infection.
“H” antigen titer iss >1:160, indicate past infection or in immunized persons.
Your results are positive, as you do not have any symptoms , you can wait to begin antibiotic course. Meanwhile I would suggest you to give your blood , stool and urine for culture and sensitivity. This should be done before starting antibiotic therapy and this will give us better picture. Kindly meet local doctor and discuss regarding this.
To address your present symptoms, you can take tablet paracetamol as and when required.
