Need some further details regarding..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

As per your description, S PARATYPHI 'BH" Antigen is < 1:80 means , it's negative for salmonella paratyphi , please share the Complete WIDAL test report and any other investigations that you've done so that I can opine more specifically on them..

There is nothing called common infection dear, and fever is not a disease but just a sign of infection/inflammation in the body..

Please share the details of fever (since when having/continuous or intermittent/ is it associated with chill and rigor/ any rash, joint pains/any other problem etc. )so that I can guide you accordingly..

Take Care
Kind Regards

I hv been feverish from last five days.
I dont have symptoms like nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhoea, skin rash etc.
But i am feeling chilled, headache sometym, muscle ache, bodyache, discomfort like sumptoms.
And the main thing is fever comes mostly in the morning from 10 am to 1 pm and after that i was normal for whole day.
One day it came in night before i went to sleep.
I have done reports for blood n urine and widal test.
Malariae and dengue is negative.
But my widal test done by tube agglutination method shows result of S paratyphi BH antigen less than 1:80.

Brief Answer:
follow-up consultation..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back,

Thanks for following up,

Since malaria and dengue is negative, also result of S paratyphi BH antigen less than 1:80, means it's also negative, you shouldn't worry much..

But there are other possible viral etiologies also, so keep your self rested and under observation..

You can take Tab PARACETAMOL 650 mg three times daily for next 2-3 days after food..

Stay well hydrated, drink plenty of water, 3-3.5 ltr per day..

It should self resolve within a week as rightly said by your doctor, but if persists beyond a week, please go see him as further investigations and physical check-up may be needed..

Let me know if your having any further queries..

Take Care
Kind Regards
