Brief Answer:
No fracture seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen all the attached reports. There is no visible X-ray in the attached reports. It is likely to be a soft tissue injury. If there is a pain and swelling in the region then you need to take rest and avoid weight bearing on the leg for proper healing. Keep the leg elevated on two pillows while resting. Doing a hot compress in the area of injury will help in reducing the pain and swelling.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
There is a minor hairline fracture.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the more reports that you have attached. There is a minor undisplaced hairline fracture of tibial plateau.
This can be treated conservatively in a cast for 3-4 weeks.
Hope my answer is helpful.
