Question : My thyroid levels have gone up to 4.5 n m 8 weeks pregnant n do the hcg levels start falling at week 8

Beta hCG levels does not fall after 8 weeks and are not significant.

You should see heartbeat of baby in ultrasound scan by now. Please get scan done soon.

I had scan at week 7 they found heart beat n it was normal toda i am 8 weeks n 5 days did hcg level test at week 6 it was 4400 n today its 57000 n doctor said they start dropping at this time

Beta hCG increases and drops later. Anyway now it is increasing and good enough. Dont worry. If heart beat is seen then beta hCG test is not required as levels are not reliable now onwards.
