Brief Answer:
Most probably you may be suffering from the nasal vestibulitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern it suggest that most probably you may be suffering from the nasal vestibulitis of the nose.

If I were your treating doctor then I would like to prescribe
1. Antibiotics: Tablet Amoxycillin and clavulinic acid 625mg twice a day.
2. Pain killers such as aceclofenac once a day.
3. Hot fomentation of that area thrice a day.

I would like to suggest that please consult your ENT specialist for prescription of above medications and to rule out the other disease.
