Question : Hello My age is 26 and i have facing issue in teeth after taking hot aur cold my i am facing pain in teeth.

Can you please tell that is the sensitivity to hot and cold is only in a single tooth or all your teeth?

Since how long this is how?

some time sensitivity feel and some time not & lower front 3 teeth ...facing issue

Use anti-sensitivity tooth paste..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
It looks like Dentinal hypersensitivity..

You should start using anti sensitivity toothpaste.
First of all apply the paste on your teeth and gently massage..
Leave for 30 seconds and then brush with it..
Do it twice a day..
Follow for 15 days and then switch to your regular tooth paste..
Avoid very hot and cold foods and cool to room temperature before taking..
