                                            Question : I have a n ulcer type sore between the small toe and the one next to it.  It is round and hard with a small dark hole in the center.  It is painful and my toe is red.  I have had it for about 6 weeks.
I DO NOT HAVE DIABETES. I HAVE ALSO BEEN SOAKING MY FOOT IN WARM EPSON SALTS TWICE PER DAY.

You have a chronic sore in the foot. Since there is a black hole in the center, a fungal infection is possible. You can get a swab culture of the ulcer area done and start with oral antibiotics accordingly. Proper cleaning and debridement of the wound will also help in early healing.
