Brief Answer:
Exact report to be considered with many other factors as mentioned.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
It is nice to know that there was a clearance of the Hepatitis C virus (2007) with Interferon and Ribaviron.
Now you complaints are: pain on upper right side of stomach, vomiting once in a while and constipation.
Pipida study being normal and Ultrasonography showed mild echo-texture of liver; meaning rest of the organs which can be visualized by ultrasonography like gall bladder, pancreas kidneys were normal (as you have not mentioned).

When the liver has existing or old problem the ultrasonography of the liver would show change in the echo-texture. This will be hyper (more) in some conditions and hypo (less) in other conditions. This may not be very significant unless correlated with the symptoms, the signs (the Doctor examines) and the other investigations.

I would advise you on the basis of your history the following:
-Consult the Gastroenterologist as you have already undergone successful treatment with.
-Other reasons of your symptoms should be investigated.
viz. Upper GI Endoscopy to see for gastritis, ulcers and other findings of the esophagus, stomach and early part of the duodenum.
Tests of blood: CBC, Liver and kidney functions, amylase, lipase and whichever your Gastroenterologist asks for after clinical evaluation and physical examination.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications if you feel there is a gap of communication.
