Question : So I got my hormone results back they took from 7 dpo. Dr said they were fine and confirmd ovulation but what's with the "unable to calculate free testosterone result as one of the parameters has a level below the measuring range".... any idea?

                                    Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
It just means that the level of testosterone in the body is too low to be measured, as is expected, in a female.
SO that means essentially the reports are normal.
Do not worry.
Take care.
Please feel free to discuss further.

Detailed Answer:
No, it does not rule out PCOS.
PCOS is a complex disorder, it has 3 components, for diagnosis, 2 out of 3 are required.
1. Radiological evidence of polycystic ovaries on ultrasound scanning.
2. Hormonal levels.
3. Symptoms - delayed or irregular cycles, missed periods, acne, bloating, weight gain, skin pigmentation etc.
If any 2 of these 3 are present, PCOS can be diagnosed, so just a normal hormonal test does not rule out PCOS.
Hope it is clear now.
Take care.
