Question : Hi
I recently got my medical check up done.
My vitamin d3 is 4.46 & esr is 18.
Kindly suggest whether i need to take any medication

severe defeciency

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You are defecient in vitamin D.
Vitamin D defeciency is presently attributed to many diseases and hence you require correction.
You can take cap. Uprise D3-60,000 CAPSULES containing 60000 units of vitamin D3. take the tablet once in a week for 1 month.
from second month onwards, take the tablet once a month for 1 Year.
Recheck vitamin D levels after 1 year.
Your ESR is fine and will not reflect anything as other tests are normal.
