What Does White Patch At Back Of Tongue And Lethargy Indicate?

Question: Is it normal to wake up and your crotch region is sweaty a little and my boxers are usually alittle damp to... I also have a white patch on the back of my tung i can get rid of. Ive tried using mouthwash and gargling but its not working. I need help. I also have a hard time getting up even if i have slept like 8-10 hours. I work third shift full time so idk if that would be the reason. There is also a smal bump around my throat. I have been checked for hiv and nothing ever came back. Am i okay? Ive never been with anyone tht has had it to my knowledge. Ive even asked if they did and they said they didnt.

Thanks for providing the clinical photograph. The lesion is likely to be due to Leukoplakia more likely to be due to oral thrush(oral candidiasis). I hope you do not consume oral tobacco in any form.
Use of Nystatin (anti-fungal) mouth lozenges will be helpful.
If the lesion still persists then do consult Physician for further examination and assessment.

Thank you so much. Is this normal in any way? What about the sweating issue. Nothing to worry about? And saddly i do dip and im quiting it imidiatly of its the cause of it all
