Question : Hi

I have 3 white patches on the inside of my foreskin
No blisters or warts. looks like discoloration.
It is seen when foreskin is retracted.
Some iritation after urination

It is probably leucoderma or vitiligo.
I shall be able to give you a better opinion if you can upload a picture.
If you have burning when you pass urine, it may be that you have a urinary infection or crystalluria.
A urine examination will detect them if present.

If you did not have any skin lesions like a fungal infection before, then it is vitiligo. If these appeared in place of pre existing lesions, these are due to leucoderma.

i am consulting a dermatologist shortly for confirmation.
ive also had penile pauples my whole life
