total duration is around 9-10days,little bit of itching,no associated symptoms,no other body part effected,no history of white discharge
Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungals
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the history.
It seems you are having a fungal infection called candidial balanoposthitis.
In my patients, I generally advised 10 day course of oral antifungal drug like fluconazole or itraconazole.
Apply for local application, I suggest topical antifungal cream like luliconazole or sertaconazole twice a day for 2 weeks.
Use ketoconazole soap for rinsing while bathing.
Antihistamincs can be taken for itching as required.
Also I would advise you to get your blood sugar checked.
I would suggest you to post me follow up query with images after 10 days.
Let me know if you require any more assistance from my side.
Thank you
