Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy are almost nil

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If you have used condom properly, and the condom has not ruptured, then the white discharge she is having is likely to be the vaginal secretion which is there due to sexual stimulation.
Moreover, she has taken I pill within 24 hours of intercourse, which prevents the pregnancy to occur in 95-96% cases of unprotected intercourse or if the condom has ruptured or leaked.
Whether pregnancy has occurred or not cannot be detected on second day after intercourse. She has to wait for her next expected periods to detect it.
I would suggest you both to not to worry, as chances of pregnancy are almost nil.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you both good health.
Regards,
