What Does Yellow Discharge From Penis Indicate?

Question: Hello Doctor,
From last few days I am seeing this yellowish liquid coming out of my penis. I am sure it is not semen since it does not smell like it. It does not have any odor. I don't have any problems urinating but during urination I feel itching/burning sensation in penis. Not sure if there is any internal injury or infection causing this. I don't have any fever or taking any medicine.
I have attached some pictures taken. Please check and please help me get rid of this problem.

Thanks for your query, based on the facts and photos of your genital that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis.

Assuming that you are non diabetic please check out whether your female partner has fungal infection or not. In case she has fungal infection of vagina she may also need to take anti fungal medications

Please take anti fungal medication like Fluconozole (This is a prescribed medication) twice daily orally along with topical anti fungal jelly like Daskyl for local application. Consult doctor for medication.

Thank you for the quick reply doctor. I wanted to know if I can use any anti fungal jelly if I dont get Daskyl? Is there any other one?Me and my partner both are not diabetic. Also wanted to know if anti fungal jelly is for me to apply on penis or for my partner to apply on vegina

Hello doctor,

I have got the medicines. Please find the attached picture. Please confirm whether the medicine I got are correct. The Flucanozole tablet I got 150mg. I was not able to find Daskyl but the drug store guy suggested another cream. Please check the pic and let me know if that will do. If not I will check with other drug stores for Daskyl.
