Brief Answer:
Genitourinary infection...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Burning sensation while passing urine and greenish yellow discharge following sexual intercourse is definitely a sign of genito urinary infection, probably from a bacterial growth. I will urge you to see a doctor. Urine analysis with culture sensitivity as well as discharge swab and culture tests are recommended to isolate the causative organisms. You will also need empirical antibiotic which should be started after leaving samples for tests.

In the meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids. Maintain good personal hygiene. Cranberries and cranberry juice/pills will benefit you.

Needless to say, avoid unprotected intercourse until you get this sorted.

Regards

PS: It is beneficial to get your partner evaluated too (even if he/she has no symptoms).
