What Dosage Of Bupropion Is Severely Damaging Or Potentially Fatal?

Question: Can you please tell me at what doses of buproprion SR 150mg, does the medication become severely damaging or potentially fatal? I am aware of the risk of seizure.
Brief Answer:
not more than 450 mg / day , consult your doctor before taking medication
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Any dose of bupropion above 450 mg per day can cause significant side effects. the potential for seizure is also twice as likely with a dose above 450 mg. Severity and unpredictability of adverse effects increases with higher doses.
Wishing you best of health

What would the follow up care to a Wellbutrin OD induced grand mal seizure be? Is the protocol to throw the individual into a psychiatric hospital or would they stay under medical care for some (24+ hours) period of time?
