Question : i take 2 mg of clonazepam. what is the equivalent dose in diazepam?

2 mg clonazepam is equivalent to 40 mg diazepam.

When calculating equivalent doses 1 mg clonazepam is equal to 20 mg diazepam.

Therefore 2 mg clonazepam is equivalent to 40 mg diazepam and this is an approximate value. Both medicines have different times of metabolism and the time to peak is different.
