Question : Is Fluoxetine HCL Treat 40 mg dosage enough for a 57 year old male 205 lbs with high energy, discipline problems, anger management problems, patience problems, ADHD (I am on Ritalin), has trouble with executive management function skills from a mental capacity. Just a general question about dosage.

Thank you doctor...I sleep like a baby. No sleep issues. I am being told by my wife that I do not accept the facts in discussions , I am not tolerant...which may correlate to Deviance, distress and Dysfunction?? - psychopathology. Maybe I am also oversensitive, want to be heard (excuses?), stubbornness?? Which are All excuses... is what I am also being told by my wife. My wife is Type A - she said she is "Blue - Detailed and Analytical" as her personality trait. I agree. She is on top of her game and wants to deal in facts and move on without a lot of discussion. I am trying to take medications to help me with conversation, calmness, respect with my lovely wife. This is what the initial question was asked.
