Question: Hello Doctor,

Thanks for following up. Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to reduce my work and hence the pain continues.

I missed asking you what the dosage of my Vitamin B12 tablet should be. I was prescribed Meconerv Plus (Micro Labs Ltd) in the past but can’t remember if it was to be taken once a day or twice a day. Also, should I take Codliver Oil capsules along with it? If yes, what is the dosage?

Yes, you can use Meconerv plus once or twice daily. It is a water soluble vitamin, so does not have any or very rare side effects.

Regarding Codliver oil capsules, it is rich in Vitamin A and D. It would not help you in nerve problems, but if you wish to take it as in general for any other issues, it is recommended to take one or two capsules daily. But you need to avoid if you are allergic to any components in the capsule.
