What Dosage Should I Take 500 Mg Depakote ER Twice A Day?

Question: Hello, I am taking 500 mg depakote ER twice a day for mood stabilization, 0.5 mg klonopin in the morning and 1 mg at night for anxiety, and 20 mg propranolol three times a day for tachycardia. I was taking Geodon but stopped it because it was giving me palpitations and skipped beats and has a risk of qt prolongation and I have been having insomnia since. So I was wondering if it's okay to take the amino acid glycine for schizophrenia and insomnia. Will it interact with my current medications and does it have any bad side effects? And what dosage should I take? 1000 mg? 2000 mg?
