Brief Answer:
Take medication and wait for 5 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can understand your concern, though.

I would like to know your last menstrual period date (LMP).
If you have missed period, you can get urine pregnancy test or Blood Hcg test to confirm pregnancy after 5 days of missed period date.

Macgest is progesterone, which is helpful to the embryo to implant and support a healthy pregnancy. So I suggest you continue medication.

It does not cause pregnancy itself, but it is helpful to stay on a healthy pregnancy.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
