Question : In feb my thyroid function was normal, what else could be causing this? my doctor is dismissing my eye problems, and all my other symptoms.

Hello,
I see the photo you attached and your eyes seem normal in color.
The skin around eyes is redish and bluish. I don't find this much related to thyroid issues.
